WHAT IS A PLAY SLAM?

Who knows? The Play Slam runs much like a poetry slam.  It's very fast theatre that the audience rates. Some writers move on to a second round. One writer goes home with the money.

WHO'S INVITED:

1. Audience members primed to be vocal;
2. Playwrights willing to have actors read a 1- 3 minute piece, and a second piece if they enter round 2. 
3. Actors ready for a fast workout;
4. Directors curious to see talented actors and writers;
5. Your grandmother.
