Jerry Oster is a former journalist and the author of 17 novels. His first play, 90 in 90, won StageWrite!'s New Play Series competition in 2000; won honorable mention in the 2002 Writer's Guide playwriting competition; and premiered at Burning Coal Theater Company of Raleigh in December 2004.   Oster has written two other full-length plays, The Story of the Years That Followed and Sol Soleil Sun.
